AI for Bridging Socio-Economic Inequities in Indian Education Space

Using UDISE, World Bank, NITI Aayog and UNICEF data, we argue that AI belongs in Indian classrooms only if it personalises attention: adaptive learning, fairer assessment, and teacher time returned to the student the average hides.
